Known for its freshly baked pastries and colourful drinks, Panadera is rooted in something bigger than what's on the menu. During our visit, we caught up with owner Florence Mae to hear about the inspiration behind the bakery.
"In the Philippines, bakeries are really important," Florence told us. "They're spaces where people come together every day."
